Terms & Conditions

Our apartments come fully furnished and all customers maybe requiredto pay a refundable deposit. The full amount is refundable at check out if nothing is distroyed or missing in the apartment. If cost of demage is considered to be more than the deposit, then the customer is still laible for the total cost of repairs or replacement.
